Business Owner
Google Meet & Zoom Setup
Business owners can connect professional Zoom and Google Workspace integrations under Settings → Business Setup. Confirmed bookings will automatically generate join links from these accounts.
Details
- Google Meet: Connects the business's Google calendar space for instant virtual links.
- Zoom: Authenticates the business's Zoom account via OAuth with rotating token validation, ensuring virtual links never expire.
- Each professional hosts their own Zoom calls. That requires them to be a user on the Zoom account you connect — if they aren't, Zoom simply isn't offered on their slots, and they can connect their own Zoom from My Schedule instead.
- A free (Basic) Zoom account can only host one 40-minute call at a time, so it's accepted on the Personal Use and Entrepreneur plans only. On those plans, appointments longer than 40 minutes won't offer Zoom.
- When clients book a virtual slot, NAS resolves Meet or Zoom links synchronously and attaches them to guest emails and calendar invites. If a Zoom link can't be created, the booking is rejected rather than confirmed without one.
