- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Personal Use plan is free forever and is meant for one person running a booking calendar on their own website. It includes the embeddable booking widget, a business page and calendar sync. It does not include plans, packs or payouts, and it cannot have external professionals.
- How is NextAvailableSlot billed — per user or per business?
- Per business. One price covers the whole business rather than charging for each professional, so adding a team member on the Small Business plan does not change what you pay.
- Is there a free trial on the paid plans?
- Yes. Entrepreneur and Small Business each start with a free trial of 3 months. A card is collected at signup and the first charge happens when the trial ends.
- Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
- Yes. Paying yearly costs about 17% less than twelve monthly payments on the same plan.
- How many professionals can I add?
- Personal Use and Entrepreneur are single-person plans — the owner can take bookings, but no external professionals can be added. Small Business supports up to 20 professionals. Enterprise is unlimited and arranged by contacting us.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the billing settings, and the business keeps access until the end of the period already paid for.
