Downgrading Business Tiers

You can change your subscription tier from Settings, but a downgrade is blocked when the tier you are moving to cannot hold what you currently have.

Details

Too many active personnel: deactivate or delete enough staff on the Personnel page to meet the target tier's limit first.
Moving to Personal Use while clients still hold active packs: that tier hides plans, payments and payout reports, so you are shown the count and asked to acknowledge it before the change goes through.
Event Types are available on every tier except Personal Use, so downgrading to it also takes your event types off sale.

Good to know

Businesses on Enterprise or otherwise outside self-serve billing are never shown a trial countdown or a checkout prompt — those are questions only self-serve billing asks.
