Business Owner

Embedded Booking Widget

Allow bookings directly from your own website by pasting our widget snippet. There are three install shapes, and they differ by one attribute.

Step by step

  1. Navigate to Settings → Business Setup → Embed / Widget.
  2. Enter your website's domain to authorize it.
  3. Add a DNS TXT record or upload a verification file to your server to complete verification.
  4. Choose the install mode, optionally pick a single event type, then copy the snippet and paste it into your site.

Details

  • Inline: the booking form sits in the page. This is the original snippet and is unchanged, so anything you pasted before still works exactly as it did.
  • Popup button: a button you place anywhere; the widget opens in an overlay.
  • Popup text link: the same overlay, opened from a text link inside your own copy.
  • Any of the three can be scoped to one event type, so you can put a booking button for a specific session right next to the paragraph describing it.

Good to know

  • A popup builds the booking widget the first time it is opened, not when the page loads — which is the reason to choose a popup over an inline embed.
  • The overlay closes on Escape or a click outside it, keeps keyboard focus inside while open, and deliberately stays open after a confirmed booking so the visitor can read the confirmation.
  • An event type that is archived, deactivated or credit-backed cannot be embedded. If a scoped snippet's event type is later renamed, the widget falls back to showing the full picker rather than breaking.
