Disabling a Professional
Disabling a professional takes them off the roster, but it does NOT cancel anything already on their calendar. So the confirmation tells you exactly what would be left behind.
Details
- You are shown the count of upcoming sessions and meetings still booked with them, and asked to acknowledge it before the change goes through.
- Those bookings stay live. Reschedule or reassign them, or cancel them deliberately — nothing is cleaned up for you.
- Reassigning their clients to another professional moves upcoming sessions across, but never sessions already covered by a recorded payout.
- Past sessions always keep the professional who actually taught them, along with what they earned.
Good to know
- Deactivating personnel is also how you get under a lower tier's limit before downgrading.
