Recording a Payout

A payout is a record that you have paid a professional for a set of completed classes. Open the professional from the Personnel tab, pick the unpaid classes, set the date, and record it.

Details

  • Only completed classes that have not already been settled can be included.
  • One payout covers one currency; the picker groups unpaid classes accordingly.
  • The payout stamps every class it covers, which is what marks them as settled.

Good to know

  • Recording a payout is permanent and cannot be undone. Once recorded, the classes it covers can no longer be rescheduled, re-marked, or repriced.
  • Check the class list and total on the confirmation before committing — there is no reversal.
