Payout Rates Per Client

A professional can have any number of named per-session rates, so the same professional can be worth a different amount on different client relationships. Rates are set by the owner under Settings → Plans & Payouts → Manage Payouts.

Step by step

  1. Add one or more named rates to a professional (for example Standard, Intro rate, Corporate).
  2. Mark one as the default — new clients assigned to that professional follow it.
  3. Override the rate on individual clients where the relationship is priced differently.

Details

  • Rate resolution runs client rate → the professional's default rate → the business default → unpriced.
  • The business default is set at the top of the same page and covers anyone without a rate of their own.
  • A class's payout is the sum of each attending client's own rate, so a group class with two clients on different rates pays the sum of both.
  • Deleting a rate that clients are using archives it instead, so their past classes keep the amount they were worth.
  • No money moves through NextAvailableSlot. Payouts are recorded for your records and settled externally.

Good to know

  • A class with no resolvable rate is reported as unpriced rather than being silently paid zero — look for the warning on the analytics page.
  • Only owners can set rates. Professionals can see what they earn but never edit it.
