Working in More Than One Currency
Each rate carries its own currency. Amounts in different currencies are always reported and totalled separately — they are never added together, because there is no exchange rate to add them with.
Details
- The payout report groups by currency first, with its own total for each.
- A professional earning in two currencies appears once per currency, and their name shows the currency when they have more than one.
- A payout run covers one currency at a time. Selecting classes across currencies is blocked; record one payout per currency.
- If clients on different currencies attend the same class, that class is flagged as mixed and must be settled outside the payout tool.
Good to know
- Client payments carry their own currency too — the one the pack was actually sold in. See 'Recording a Payment & Sending a Receipt'.
