What Event Types Are

An event type is one bookable thing you offer — a Discovery Call, a 30-minute consultation, a trial lesson. It carries its own length, description, location and public booking page, so a visitor books that specific thing rather than an unlabelled block of your time. Event types were previously called Services.

Details

  • Every tier gets Event Types except the free Personal Use tier. It is no longer an invite-only feature or an allowlist — upgrading is all it takes.
  • Manage them under Settings → Event Types.
  • There is no cap on how many you create.
  • Each one gets a public page at /business/{your-slug}/{event-slug}, which you can link to directly, put in an email signature, or embed.

Good to know

  • If you were using this under its old name, nothing was lost. Services were migrated to event types, and the old /services API path was retired in favour of /event-types.
