What Bookings Are Called in Your Calendar

Under Settings → Scheduling Setup → Booking Rules you can set the title NextAvailableSlot writes into your connected Google or Outlook calendar. This matters most when that calendar is shared with people who should not see client names.

Details

Use {title}, {client} and {business} anywhere in the template — for example '{title} · {client}'.
Leave it empty for the default title.
Set it to just {title} to keep client names out of a shared calendar.
A template of plain text with no tokens at all — literally 'Session' — is honoured exactly as written, which is the point of typing it.

Good to know

Changing the template does not retitle events that are already in your calendar. It applies to bookings made after the change.
