Why a Class Cannot Be Rescheduled
Rescheduling is limited so that it can never rewrite a period you have already paid for. Two rules apply, and both are about protecting settled money.
Step by step
- Suppose you paid a professional on 1 July for the 1–30 June period.
- The classes in that payout — including 30 June — are frozen and cannot be moved.
- Every other class of theirs can only be moved to 1 July or later.
- So a class sitting on 1 July was never in that payout and remains free to move.
Details
- A class covered by a recorded payout cannot be moved at all. Its amount has already been paid.
- Any other class can only be moved to a date after the last day that has been paid for.
Good to know
- The cutoff is the last day paid for, not the day you recorded the payment.
- Limits are per professional. Paying one professional does not restrict anyone else's calendar.
- In the reschedule picker, blocked slots are greyed out and labelled 'paid out', and the notice tells you what has been settled.
