Changing a Plan's Price, Sessions or Expiry
A plan is the priced contract a client bought into, so editing one applies to future purchases only. What each client already bought is snapshotted at the moment of purchase and read from there afterwards.
Details
- Editing price, session count or expiry bumps the plan's version, stamps an effective-from date, and appends to its price & session history — visible on the plan's edit page.
- Clients mid-pack keep the price they bought at. Raising a plan's price never re-rates sessions they book afterwards.
- Shortening a plan's expiry never moves the end date of packs already sold, which would otherwise invalidate sessions someone had already paid for.
- A client's receipts, analytics and payout figures all read the purchased terms, not the live plan.
Good to know
- The plan row shows how many clients have bought in and which version it is on, so you can see what an edit will and will not touch before making it.
